1.Decoiler

It can load the steel coile, loose iron coils, ensure that the iron plate enters the feeding table smoothly.

2.Feed table

There are blocking blocks on both sides to ensure that the iron plate accurately enters the roll forming and prevent the iron plate from moving left and right.

3.Roll forming

The iron plate is formed by rolling of the wheels. The high-quality wheels ensure that the formed metal will not rebound and make the formed shape more accurate.

4.Cutting head

The material of the shearing knife is Cr12mov, which is made of finished products and laser cutting, which ensures that the shape of the cutting head is exactly the same as the finished product, and improves the accuracy of cutting.

After the finished product is completed, we will measure and inspect the finished product. Ensure that the molding of the product is accurate and consistent with the design drawing.
